Our network of acquiring banks allows us to approve industries that traditional processors often decline, including nutraceuticals, travel, firearms, adult content, and more.

Standard (low-risk) merchants are typically approved within 24–48 hours. High-risk merchants may take 3–5 business days depending on the industry and documentation required. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process.

Is there an application fee?

What documents do I need to apply?

Most accounts have a small monthly statement fee (typically $10–$15). Some programs include a monthly minimum processing requirement. All fees are disclosed upfront in your merchant agreement — no surprises.

What is interchange-plus pricing?

Interchange-plus (also called cost-plus) pricing means you pay the actual interchange rate set by Visa/Mastercard plus a fixed markup. It's the most transparent pricing model available and typically saves merchants money compared to flat-rate or tiered pricing.

Can I eliminate my processing fees entirely?

Yes — through our Dual Pricing program. You post two prices: a cash price and a card price. Card-paying customers cover the processing fee, so you net the same amount regardless of how customers pay. This program is fully compliant with card network rules.

Are there early termination fees?

It depends on the program. Some accounts are month-to-month with no cancellation fee. Others may have a contract term with an early termination fee. We'll always be upfront about contract terms before you sign.

Processors classify businesses as high risk based on factors like industry type, chargeback history, average ticket size, subscription billing models, or operating in regulated industries. Common high-risk categories include nutraceuticals, travel, firearms, adult content, CBD, and online gaming.

Can you approve merchants who were declined elsewhere?

Yes — that's one of our specialties. We work with a network of domestic and offshore acquiring banks that specialize in high-risk industries. If you've been declined by Square, Stripe, PayPal, or a traditional bank, we can likely find a solution for you.

Do you accept merchants on the MATCH list?

In many cases, yes. Being on the MATCH (Member Alert to Control High-Risk) list is a serious obstacle, but it's not always permanent. Our Processing Recovery team reviews each case individually and works to find a path forward. Contact us for a free case review.

What are the rates for high-risk merchants?

High-risk rates are quoted individually based on your industry, processing history, chargeback ratio, and monthly volume. Rates typically range from 2.5% to 4.5% + per-transaction fees. We'll provide a detailed quote after reviewing your application.

What is a chargeback?

A chargeback occurs when a cardholder disputes a transaction with their bank instead of contacting the merchant directly. The bank reverses the transaction, and the merchant loses both the sale amount and typically pays a chargeback fee ($15–$100). Excessive chargebacks can result in account termination.

Visa and Mastercard set thresholds at 1% of transactions. Merchants who exceed this threshold are placed in monitoring programs and risk losing their merchant account. We recommend keeping your ratio below 0.5% as a safety buffer.

How does your chargeback mitigation service work?

We integrate with Ethoca and Verifi to receive real-time dispute alerts — often within hours of a customer contacting their bank. This gives you the opportunity to issue a proactive refund before a formal chargeback is filed, protecting your ratio. Our team also handles dispute responses and pre-arbitration on your behalf.

What is 3D Secure and should I use it?

3D Secure (3DS2) is an authentication layer that adds an extra verification step for online transactions. When a transaction is authenticated via 3DS2, liability for fraud-related chargebacks shifts from you to the card issuer. We strongly recommend enabling it for ecommerce merchants.

How quickly will I receive my funds?

Most standard merchants receive next-business-day funding. High-risk merchants may be on a 2–3 day funding schedule initially, which can improve over time as your account establishes a clean processing history. Same-day funding is available for qualifying merchants.

Is there a reserve requirement?

Some high-risk merchants are required to maintain a rolling reserve — typically 5–10% of monthly processing volume held for 90–180 days as a risk buffer. Not all merchants require a reserve. We'll disclose any reserve requirements before you sign.

What bank account do I need?

You'll need a business checking account in the name of your registered business entity. Personal accounts are generally not accepted. The account must be at a U.S. bank for domestic processing.

How does the DelPrimeX Pay agent program work?

Our agent program allows independent sales agents and ISOs to refer merchants and earn residual income on every transaction those merchants process — for the life of the account. There's no cost to join, no quota, and no cap on earnings.

What is the revenue share percentage?

Agents earn up to 70% revenue share on the net residuals generated by their merchant portfolio. The exact split depends on your volume tier and the specific program. We pay monthly with full transparency into your portfolio's performance.

Do I need prior payments industry experience?
